Smoothie Benefits :

Great source of healthy fats for our cells!  This is important for cells to communicate and function.  Our cells are made out of fats after all, so let’s take care of these little guys.  Cells need to let the nutrition in and get the nasty waste out.  When cells don’t get healthy fats, cells get damaged and cannot function properly leading to all kinds of crappy waste getting stuck inside of your body, inhibiting nutrition from coming into your cells too.
